01 · What you get

What "all in one"
actually means.

One engagement covers every discipline your project needs. Nothing left for you to source separately.

Product Strategy

We challenge your brief, validate the scope and define exactly what to build before anyone writes a line of code.

UI / UX Design

From wireframes to production-ready UI. Designed for how your users actually think, not how the brief imagined they would.

Engineering

Frontend, backend, mobile, API. Clean code, proper architecture, built to scale when your user base grows.

QA & Testing

We break it before your users do. Every build goes through structured testing before anything ships to production.

Project Management

One point of contact. Weekly updates. A roadmap you can track and a team that stays aligned to it throughout the build.

Post-launch Support

Launch is not the finish line. We stay on for support, iteration and whatever the product needs after it goes live.

02 · How it works

Four phases.
One team throughout.

No handoffs between agencies. The same team takes your project from brief to live — and stays on after.

01

Discovery

Brief, scope, success criteria. We pressure-test the idea and define the smallest version of it worth shipping.

02

Design

Wireframes, flows and production UI in parallel with technical architecture. Decisions documented as they're made.

03

Build

Two-week sprints. Working software at the end of every one. Weekly demos with the people on the team actually building it.

04

Launch & Beyond

Cutover, hypercare, then ongoing iteration. The same team that built it is the team that keeps improving it.

03 · Who this is for

This engagement
fits when...

Three situations where the All In One model is the right call.

Scenario · 01

You have a product idea but no team to build it

You know what you want to create. You don't have developers, designers or QA in-house. We bring the entire team and handle the build from day one.

Best for filling the whole team gap
Scenario · 02

Your in-house team is at capacity

You have a team but they're fully committed to other work. We run a parallel build without pulling your people off what they're already shipping.

Best for parallel delivery
Scenario · 03

You want results without managing the build yourself

You have the vision and the budget. You don't want to hire, manage and coordinate a development team. We handle all of that so you can focus on the business.

Best for hands-off delivery
04 · Comparison

All In One vs.
building the team yourself.

The math rarely favours building a team from scratch for a single project. Here's why.

Option A Recommended

All In One with iTec

  • Senior talent across every role, vetted in-house
  • One invoice, one point of contact, no coordination overhead
  • No recruitment cost, no onboarding drag
  • Up and running in days, not quarters
  • Support continues after go-live
  • Scale the team up or down as the project demands
Option B DIY route

Building the team yourself

  • Hiring takes 3 to 6 months per role
  • Quality varies across recruitment channels
  • Multiple vendors, contracts and coordination points
  • Fixed headcount costs that outlast the project
  • Recruitment fees, HR overhead, benefits, equipment
  • Post-launch ownership entirely on your team
05 · Why iTec

One team.
One standard.

Six things that show up in every All In One engagement we run. Every project. Every client. Every time.

One accountable team

One team owns the whole thing. No blame games between separate agencies who weren't in the same room.

No outsourcing

Everyone who works on your project is directly employed by iTec. No mystery subcontractors hidden behind the brand.

Senior across every role

The PM, designer and QA engineer are not junior staff. The same seniority applies to every person on the team.

Transparent from day one

Weekly demos of working software, time logs and a direct line to us if anything needs addressing.

Built to scale

We architect every product for the growth you're planning — not just the traffic you have on launch day.

We stay after launch

Post-launch support, iteration and ongoing development so the product keeps improving after it goes live.

06 · FAQ

Good questions to ask
before you commit.

Honest answers so you know exactly what you're getting into.

A single engagement that includes product strategy, UI/UX design, engineering, QA, project management and post-launch support — delivered by one senior, in-house team. You get one contract, one point of contact and one team accountable from brief to live.

Freelancers solve one role at a time, with no shared standard between them. Generalist agencies often subcontract roles to other agencies. We employ every person on the team directly — designers, engineers, QA and PM work to the same delivery standard and the same definition of done.

Most engagements run 8 to 20 weeks depending on scope. We define a realistic timeline at the end of discovery and stick to it. If something would slip, you hear about it the week we know — not the week before launch.

Yes. After discovery we propose the team with profiles for each role. You can review, ask questions and request changes before kickoff. The team you meet at kickoff is the team that ships it.

We stay. Hypercare covers the first weeks post go-live, then we move into ongoing support and iteration. You can scale the team up or down as the roadmap demands — no fixed headcount you're stuck with.
